1. unts and bolts  基本要領：

unt是指螺帽，而bolt在英文中有螺栓的意思，這些零件雖然微小，卻是組裝中缺一不可的。

因此此諺語的意思是「基本要領」。

ex:The trainer taught us the nuts and bolts of the sales process.

訓練講師教了我們業務流程管理上的基本技巧。

2.The world is your oyster  世界可以任你遨遊，你的夢想將得以實現（有志者事竟成）：

這句諺語源自於英國大文豪莎士比亞的劇本，牡蠣是孕育珍珠牡蠣是孕育珍珠的生物，

莎士比亞把世界比喻成牡蠣，珍珠則是世界上的種種美好，

形容人能掌握自己的命運與機會的狀況。

ex：You’re young, you’ve got a lot of opportunity. The world is your oyster.
你還很年輕，你有很多機會，這世界任你翱翔。
